Working across sites in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Ghana, our team delivered fully integrated control solutions engineered to withstand harsh mining environments and unstable infrastructure conditions. Each system was tailored to the specific process requirements of the elution circuit, ensuring accurate temperature control, energy efficiency, and operational stability.
Our scope included PLC programming, HMI development, panel design and fabrication, system integration, site commissioning, and operator training. We prioritised reliability and ease of maintenance, implementing fail-safe logic, remote diagnostics capability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term plant performance.
The result was a series of high-performance ETC control systems that enhanced process control, reduced downtime, and provided operators with clear, real-time visibility of critical plant parameters.
